US President Trump Twice Donated Money to Kamala Harris

US President Trump twice donated money to Kamala Harris, now a political opponent who wants to make a bid for the vice president for the Democrats.

 

Republican Trump now calls Senator Harris the “meanest” and “worst” after announcing that she is Democrat Joe Biden’s running mate in the Nov. 3 presidential election.

In 2011 and 2013, when Trump was not yet president, he gave $ 5,000 and $ 1,000 because he wanted Harris to be reelected as a California prosecutor.

According to a Harris spokesperson, she, in turn, gave the money away to an organization that works for Central Americans. That would have been in 2015.

Trump’s daughter Ivanka gave Harris $ 2,000 in 2014, according to documents about campaign financing in California.
