Summit Postponed By Infected Security Guard EU President Michel

EU President Charles Michel has postponed the EU summit on Thursday and Friday in Brussels.
The President of the European Council has been quarantined because one of his security guards tested positive for the coronavirus.
Michel was in close contact with the man last week but tested negative himself yesterday, his spokesman tweeted. With the quarantine, he follows the Belgian rules.
The summit with the 27 EU heads of government and state will now be held on 1 and 2 October.
