Sports Brand Adidas Wants to Sell Subsidiary Reebok Quickly

Sports brand Adidas wants to sell subsidiary Reebok before March 2021. The German business magazine Manager Magazin reports this.

 

Interested parties include VF, owner of Timberland and North Face, and the Chinese Anta Sports.

Adidas bought Reebok in 2006 for $ 3.8 billion.

CEO Kasper Rørsted hoped before the corona pandemic that he could sell the subsidiary for $ 2.4 billion, Manager Magazin writes. Now Rørsted would settle for less.
