Republican Party Nominates Trump for the Second Term

The Republican Party nominated President Trump for a second term as president on Monday.

 

As expected, the incumbent president received the most votes from the delegates at his party’s convention.

On Thursday, Trump will officially accept the nomination with a speech from the White House.

Democrat Joe Biden will be his opponent in the presidential election on November 3.
