New York State Extends Coronavirus Measures Until May 15

The U.S. state of New York, severely hit by corona, with the metropolis of the same name, extends the corona measures until May 15.
Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that on Thursday.
The decision means that the lockdown will be maintained in coordination with other states.
Non-essential workers must stay at home, and the social distance rules must remain as they are. We have to stay on this road, Cuomo said.
New Yorkers must also wear a face mask on public transport, including taxis such as Uber.
The number of people hospitalized for the new coronavirus in the U.S. state fell to its lowest level in more than a week.
According to Cuomo, evidence that the worst affected state is now controlling the spread of the virus.
