Kremlin Calls Biden’s Comments Alarming

The Kremlin finds US President Joe Biden’s statements that Vladimir Putin is a butcher who cannot remain in power “definitely alarming”.

 

Moscow continues to monitor Biden’s statements closely, a spokesman said.

Biden denied on Sunday that his comments called for a different regime in Russia the day before in Poland. The White House previously tried to clarify that Biden only wanted to say that the Russian leader should not gain power over his neighbours.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron made similar comments.
