KLM is Still Flying Limited to China for the Time Being

For the time being, KLM still flies to a limited extent to China. However, the winter schedule has room for three flights a week to Shanghai/Hangzhou with a stopover in Seoul, and the airline announced when it presented its winter schedule.
Due to the strict corona rules in China, it is not yet possible to fly a lot to China. Before the corona pandemic paralyzed air traffic, KLM flew 25 times a week to China. This happened more often during busy periods.
This winter, from October 28, 2022, to March 25, 2023, KLM will fly to 163 destinations worldwide. This concerns 92 European destinations and 71 intercontinental airports. In addition, KLM is offering more seats to North America compared to 2019, the last year before the crisis. In total, this concerns nineteen North American destinations.
Flights to the Caribbean are also more frequent than before the corona crisis. Ten flights a week depart to CuraƧao alone. Aruba and Bonaire is a daily combination flight with the largest aircraft in the airline’s fleet, a Boeing 777-300ER. It has room for 408 passengers.
Because Russian airspace is still closed, KLM will have to fly to various destinations in Asia.
