President Donald Trump is a weak and morally flawed leader, causing chaos instead of putting things in order in a divided country.
That is what Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will say during a speech in Pittsburgh on Monday. His campaign team has already released parts of the speech.
Trump regularly calls on Twitter for ‘law and order’, but according to Biden, he is unable to control his own supporters who take to the streets armed.
The president accuses Democratic mayors of not being able to contain protests that turn into violence.
Biden blames the president. “This president has long ago forfeited any moral leadership in this country. He cannot stop the violence because he has fueled it for years.”
Things are troubled in American cities after the death of George Floyd during a May arrest in Minneapolis. New protests followed after police fired at a black suspect in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
