Employment in the United States Increased More Than Expected Last Month

Figures from the US Department of Labor show that growth came in at 850,000 new jobs in June, while economists had expected an average of 720,000 new jobs.

In May, 583,000 more jobs were added in the world’s largest economy, according to a revised figure.
