Djokovic Remains to Dominate Zverev on Character and Quality

Tennis player Novak Djokovic (33) has reached the last four of the Australian Open for the third consecutive year.

 

The first-placed Serbian remained the boss of the ten years younger German Alexander Zverev, the number 6 on the placement list, in the quarterfinals after 3.5 hours.

The defending champion was victorious in the Rod Laver Arena in four sets: 6-7 (6) 6-2 6-4 7-6 (6).

Djokovic plays in the semi-final against the Russian Aslan Karatsev, from the qualifying tournament.

The current number 114 in the world ranking surprised the least fit Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov in four sets: 2-6 6-4 6-1 6-2.
