Death Toll From Coronavirus in the US is Approaching 15,000

At least 14,696 people have died in the United States from the effects of the coronavirus. The death toll rose in one day by 1942, health service CDC reports Thursday.
The US is among the countries most affected by the pandemic worldwide. More than 427,000 people have been diagnosed with the virus, the CDC reports.
That is an increase of over 32,000.
The metropolis of New York reported Thursday the highest daily death toll to date: 824. In the municipality, 4,426 patients with the virus have already died.
However, the number of infected people to be admitted to the hospital is falling significantly.
City authorities want to quarantine people with mild symptoms in hotel rooms. This is to prevent those patients from infecting family members or housemates at home.
