Daniel Craig Operated On A James Bond-Set Injured Ankle

Daniel Craig operated on a James Bond-set injured Ankle. Daniel Craig needs surgery on the ankle that he injured during the shooting of the new James Bond movie.
That reports the official Twitter page of the film.
“Daniel Craig will undergo a minor operation on his ankle, which he injured during a shooting in Jamaica,” the statement said.
According to the account, the production of the 25th Bond film will continue as usual during the two-week rest that Craig has to keep after his operation.
The release date of Bond 25 will also remain on 8 April 2020 for the time being.
The James Bond actor is said to have sustained the injury during one of the last scenes to be shot in Jamaica.
The actor is said to have sprinted for the film and slipped.
It is not the first time that Craig has been injured during filming for a Bond movie.
For example, he lost his front teeth during a fighting scene for Casino Royale (2006).
In 2015, the recordings for Specter were stopped for two weeks due to a knee injury that Craig had sustained during a fighting scene.
The production of the latest Bond film has already had setbacks.
For example, Danny Boyle stepped up as a director and the screenplay of the film had to be rewritten,
resulting in the postponement of the recordings and release.
