British Petrol Price Rises to New Record

The price of petrol in the United Kingdom has risen to a new record level due to rising oil prices. The average price of a litre of petrol is now about 178 pence.
Experts believe that prices will rise even further.
According to the British motorists ‘ club RAC, filling an average family car with petrol now costs £98.
The average price of a litre of diesel in the United Kingdom is now 185 pence. RAC believes that fuel prices will continue to rise. A litre of petrol can go through the level of 180 pence and diesel towards 190 pence, according to RAC.
High fuel prices are exacerbating the inflationary crisis for British households, which are already struggling with soaring energy costs for homes and more expensive food.
