AWS and BlackBerry Join Forces

Amazon Web Services and BlackBerry enter into a multi-year global agreement to develop and market BlackBerry’s Intelligent Vehicle Data Platform (IVY).

 

BlackBerry IVY is a customizable, cloud-connected software platform that enables vehicle manufacturers to interpret and standardize vehicle sensor data consistently and securely.

This allows them to create useful insights based on that data, both in the vehicle and in the cloud.

Vehicle manufacturers can use this information to provide reactive in-vehicle services that further enhance the driver and passenger experience, AWS said.
